2023 MTV VMAs live updates: Taylor Swift sweeps, *NSYNC reunites, and Ice Spice wins best new artist

The 2023 MTV Video Music Awards took place on Tuesday night at the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey, and Taylor Swift was the big winner of the night, taking home four awards,
including Video of the Year for "Anti-Hero."

Swift also won Best Pop Video, Best Direction, and Best Cinematography for the same video. She was also nominated for Artist of the Year, but lost to Doja Cat.

Another big moment of the night was the reunion of *NSYNC. The boy band, which hasn't performed together since 2017, took the stage to perform their hit songs "Bye Bye Bye" and "It's Gonna Be Me."

Ice Spice won the award for Best New Artist. The British singer-songwriter is known for her unique blend of pop, hip-hop, and R&B.

The 2023 MTV VMAs were hosted by Nicki Minaj. The show featured performances by Doja Cat, Megan Thee Stallion, Olivia Rodrigo, and many more.
